1. High-accuracy and wide-range measurement of micro resistance
Under the circular impact from high and low temperature, perform high-resistance and continuous test of welding connection parts, connection position of connectors and channel resistance, detect the minor changes of resistance, automatically calculate the resistance change rate and determine whether it conforms to the technical requirements, to guarantee the quality and reliability of products.
2. Independent temperature detection function
Fitted with 10 temperature measurement channels, to enter the environment test along with products, and detect the temperature changes in chamber.
3. Real-time data acquisition and storage
Fitted with database management mode, to control the data acquisition amount and implement effective management of product defects.
4. Test instruments with high reliability and accuracy
The USA precision instruments which pass CE authentication are the core of test. The measurement conforms to international standards.
5. Wide-range testing current
When different test systems are selected, the testing current can be loaded within 1mA~5A, in order to meet different test requirements.
