Product overview
The hot oil machine online resistance test system monitors resistance changes in samples placed in a hot oil machine test chamber. Hardware collects resistance and temperature data in real-time, while the software provides automatic failure detection, real-time data analysis, and dynamic report output functions. It enables real-time monitoring of sample faiure conditions and swiftly generates test data analysis reports.

1. Channelscreening before testing to detect potential open circuit issues.
2. Automatic range selection for suitable measurement.
3. Real-time data analysis adds the following to the orginal real-time test data tabe: test value, high-temperature resistance variation rate, maximum high-temperature variation rate, low-temperature resistance variation rate, maximum low-temperature variation rate, total test cycles, current test cycle failure cycle, and open circuit cyctle.
4. Real-time display of the proportion of failed samples.
5. Mutiple automatic faiure detection methods, including resistance conversion standards channel standard conversion, and cycle standards.
6. Dynamic modification of the test reference resistance value.
