On April 20, 2024, all employees of Xinchong Electronics organized a unique team building activity at the beautiful Xihui Park in Wuxi. The purpose of this event is to enhance cohesion among employees, create a positive working atmosphere, and allow employees to relax and enjoy the joy brought by the team in addition to their busy work.
On the day of the event, the sun was bright and the breeze brushed against my face. The employees arrived early at Xihui Park and jointly participated in a variety of team building projects. The atmosphere at the event was lively, with constant laughter and cheers. The employees fully demonstrated the spirit of teamwork.
After a day of intense competition, the team building activity came to a successful end. Employees have expressed that this activity not only exercised their bodies, but also enhanced friendship and trust between each other. Everyone expressed their desire to bring this spirit of unity and cooperation into their work and contribute to the development of the company.

The next day, all employees of Xinchong Electronics came to Wuxi Sanatorium for a physical examination. The purpose of this physical examination is to pay attention to the physical health of employees and improve their health awareness. Under the examination of professional doctors in the sanatorium, the employees learned about their physical condition.
Subsequently, the company also arranged a training course on "The Happiness of Workplace People - Positive Psychological Repair" for employees. The course is taught by a senior psychological counselor and focuses on topics such as psychological stress and happiness enhancement among professionals in the workplace. Through case analysis, interactive discussions, and other forms, employees have gained a deep understanding of the application of positive psychology in the workplace, and learned how to adjust their mindset, relieve stress, and enhance their sense of happiness.

This training has greatly benefited employees, and they have expressed their intention to apply what they have learned to work and life, facing challenges with a more positive attitude.
